This year’s Cattle Baron’s Ball menu includes Bark Smoked Brisket, Eddie Deen’s Famous St. Louis Ribs, Smoked Kielbasa Sausage, Grilled Chicken Breasts, and Pork Tenderloin Carving Stations plus Charro Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Three-Cheese Mac ‘n Cheese, Fried Okra, and Confetti Corn!
